• Diagnose And Troubleshoot Technical Issues,
• Including Account Setup And Network Configuration Manage And Maintain Corporate Network- LAN, WAN, And All The Active/Passive Network Management.
• Sound Knowledge in CCNA & MCSA
• Must Have Sound Troubleshooting Knowledge Of MS Operating Systems 07/08/10.
• Should Be Able To Diagnose The Hardware Component Failure.
• Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting of Application Package.
• Issues related to MS-Office, Outlook, Repair/Backup PST, Creating PST/ OST files.
• Should Have Knowledge Of DHCP, DNS, AD, FTP, TCP/IP & VPN,
• Configuration And Troubleshoot Of VOIP Phones.
• Responsible For Backups And Restore Of Critical Data According To Users Request.
• Managing And Updating Windows Patches For Desktops And Laptops.
• Configuration Of Security Policies In Firewall.
• Managing Internal Network Firewalls And Switches To Ensure The Users Are Not Facing
