Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources to join our growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR who will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and provide guidance on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in HR management and a proven track record in managing HR functions within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the companys goals and values.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and performance management.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing and resolving issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth.
• Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvements.
• Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to increase satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Human Resources
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Experience in RCM - Healthcare domain will be added advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR challenges.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leadership, employees, and external partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and HR software systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
