We have an opening with us for the position of "Design & Development - Lighting" for our Pune TCO.

Job description

• Leading & coordinating Design as per customer requirements to achieve its function considering interface packaging, manufacturing and assembly aspects.
• Responsible for providing technical solutions to customer (related to design, manufacturing and process)
• Responsible to follow up all the standard work procedures, methodologies etc during the works.
• Maintain current CAD file management practices. Learn and gain product knowledge.
• To release the design data in the system as per required product data management system within project timeline.
• Responsible to achieve the desired quality of work delivered within the given time & date
• Design support for Lighting and Electronics development.
• Need interaction skills with customer, Plant and Suppliers.

Required Candidate profile

• BE Mechanical, B.Tech Mechanical
• Minimum 8 to Maximum 15 years Experience in Executing the project for Automotive Lighting Products.
• Good Leadership skills, Experience in executing the projects independently.
