- User workplace: Initial support for antivirus and other security solutions deployment
- User workplace: SCCM client deployment and software installation
- Mobile device/application management tool: Deployment and configuration
- Cisco VoIP management: basic management
- Corporate Sharepoint platform & its 52 applications troubleshooting and permissions management
- EDI messages tracking
