Construction Manager - Solar Plant Installation & Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Coordination:

• Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring smooth workflow and resolving issues.

• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to ensure compliance with project

specifications.

• The professional should have knowledge of land development, civil construction, MMS

& Module installations, Electrical equipment installation & commissioning and

Transmission line.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure work aligns with engineering drawings and industry

standards.

• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

• Coordinating with stakeholders and management to define targets, delivery and scope.

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, site team to ensure the construction and

project completion within the stipulated time line.

• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.

• Conduct progress meetings and provide regular project progress updates to

management.

Quality, Safety Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure construction activities meet technical, regulatory, and safety standards.

• Ensure the quality procedure and standard should be followed at site.

• Perform quality control and HSE checks and address deficiencies.

• Maintain proper documentation, permits, and compliance records.
