IT Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

An IT assistant responsible for the day-to-day IT operations and providing support to guests and staff:

• Hardware and software: Monitor and maintain the hotel's computer hardware, printers, servers, and other equipment. Ensure that software runs without errors and is functioning properly.
• Support: Provide IT support to guests and staff, including troubleshooting and responding to queries.
• Documentation: Maintain records of hardware, software, and manuals. Create and maintain documentation for the telephone system.
• Security: Ensure that technology assets are secure. Assist with setting up or resetting security passwords.
• Backups: Manage daily backups of critical data.
• Inventory: Maintain an inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
• Reports: Prepare monthly reports on the systems and issues related to application software.
