Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will:
Oversee the delivery of client SEO services either directly or by supporting colleagues.
Collaborate with various GrowthOps offices, external vendors, and clients to ensure seamless campaign planning, execution, and delivery.
Lead multi-project planning, communicating timelines, process updates, and roadblocks to relevant parties.
Maintain and enhance quality across all ongoing SEO campaigns, from audits to reporting.
Build and nurture relationships with agency stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for new business, supporting agency growth targets.
Collaborate with the Head of SEO on sales proposals and RFPs, providing data-driven insights where needed.
Refine sales propositions and processes for more efficient delivery.
Train, mentor, and develop direct reports to help them grow in their roles.
Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities across agency offerings.
Be a knowledge leader in analytics develop this expertise within the team and guide implementation.
What wed love to see from you
8+ years of core SEO experience, with deep knowledge of Google s ranking algorithms.
Proficiency in auditing websites and identifying opportunities to improve search rankings.
Familiarity with conversion optimisation (CRO/LPO), technical SEO (JavaScript, CSS, HTML), and page performance.
At least 5 years in a strategic or client-facing role within an agency environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a balance of big-picture thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to coach, train, and inspire clients and team members.
Effective in driving a data-driven culture and implementing industry best practices.
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Omniture, including setup and configuration.
Comfort with APIs and multi-language SEO strategies across APAC markets is a plus.
Team player, individual contributor, and project leader.

Proficient in any APAC language(s) is an added advantage.
