Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer (Java) to join our innovative and fast-paced team

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems that power mission-critical applications

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities



Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.

Build and optimize server-side logic to ensure high performance and responsiveness.

Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Create and manage APIs for seamless communication between different system components.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices.

Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing codebases and system architecture.

Implement security and data protection measures.

Work with database systems, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer, with at least 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.

Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, or other Java frameworks.

Proficient in building RESTful APIs and working with Microservices Architecture.

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)

Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS.

Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.

Solid understanding of design patterns and best coding practices.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience with DevOps tools is a plus.

Experience with code review practices

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and teamwork Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Experience with messaging, notification & queue systems like Twilio, SendGrid, SES, SQS and SNS .

Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
