We are currently retained by a leading and well established startup to hire a Revenue and Finance Growth Manager. To fit the bill, you must be a CA or MBA finance who has worked in Business finance and unlocked revenue for the company.
The role would include:
- Identify trends and market opportunities for the business
- Provide business finance insights to various business leaders to help them towards profitability
- Optimise Revenue process by driving efficiency through automation & Technology
- Redefine pricing plans & monitor market trends and competitor pricing regularly
- Analyse sales data to identify revenue opportunities.
- Forecast future market conditions and realign strategies with various business leaders
To fit the bill, you must have:
- CA or MBA finance with 7+ years in leading business finance along with revenue realization
- Strong communication skills to be able to negotiate contracts and talk to clients
- Demonstrated expertise in developing revenue models and pricing strategies to support profitability and growth.
- Proven expertise in aligning revenue initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to identify revenue opportunities.
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams, collaborating closely to meet revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the confidence to advocate for solutions effectively.
- Experience of working in a high growth startup that has scaled up
