Head - Finance - FMCG - CA (7-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Leadership:

- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with growth objectives in the haircare, skincare, and body care sectors.

- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure financial goals support overall business strategies.

General Accounting and Financial Control:

- Oversee all general accounting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and accuracy in financial reporting.

- Establish and maintain strong financial controls to protect company assets.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Lead the budgeting process and prepare financial forecasts to guide strategic planning.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to drive profitability.

Risk Management:

- Identify financial risks and implement strategies for mitigation.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.

Investor Relations:

- Manage relationships with investors and financial institutions, ensuring clear communication of financial performance and strategic initiatives.

- Prepare reports and presentations for the board and stakeholders.

Team Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

- Ensure the team has the necessary skills and resources to meet financial objectives.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably from FMCG or any manufacturing industry.

- Strong expertise in general accounting, financial controls, and compliance.
