About the Role :
- We are looking for a skilled and experienced AWS Cloud Developer to join our team.
- As a key member of our DevOps/Cloud team, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and managing cloud solutions using AWS Glue and Amazon Redshift.

- In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and support data solutions on the AWS platform, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities :
AWS Cloud Development :
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS Glue for ETL processes and Amazon Redshift for data warehousing.
Data Engineering :
- Work with Redshift to create scalable data pipelines, ensuring optimal data storage, querying, and reporting.
Cloud Integration :
- Integrate various AWS services such as AWS Lambda, Glue, and Redshift to build end-to-end data processing workflows.
Performance Optimization :
- Optimize data ingestion, transformation, and querying performance across AWS Glue and Redshift environments.
Automation :
- Develop and implement automated deployment pipelines, manage cloud resources, and improve infrastructure efficiency.
Troubleshooting & Support :
- Identify and resolve issues related to data processing, ETL jobs, and cloud infrastructure.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders, to design and implement cloud data solutions.
Documentation :
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for cloud architectures, solutions, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience :
- 4-9 years of experience as an AWS Cloud Developer or Data Engineer, specifically with AWS Redshift and AWS Glue.
Core AWS Expertise :
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS services, especially AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, and AWS Lambda for data engineering and cloud solutions.
Programming Skills :
- Strong experience with programming languages like Python, SQL, or Java for data transformations, scripting, and automation within AWS.
Cloud Computing :
- In-depth understanding of Cloud Computing principles, with a focus on AWS architecture, scalability, and security best practices.
Attention to Detail :
- Strong attention to detail in building and maintaining cloud solutions that are secure, efficient, and reliable.
Collaboration Skills :
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Skills :
- Experience with other AWS services like Amazon S3, AWS EMR, AWS Data Pipeline, and AWS Kinesis.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g, Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and experience working with large-scale data architectures.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or orchestration tools like Kubernetes
