Senior Azure DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline (5-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

As a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our Azure cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our CI/CD pipelines, automate processes, and ensure the reliability and security of our applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

- Manage and optimize Azure resources, including VMs, App Services, and Azure Functions.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.

- Automate deployment processes and manage configuration using tools such as Ansible or PowerShell.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement logging and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.

- Collaborate with development teams to streamline workflows and improve deployment processes.

- Ensure security best practices are implemented across all stages of development and deployment.

- Mentor junior team members and promote DevOps culture within the organization.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies and DevOps practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a focus on Azure.

- Strong experience with Azure services and architecture, including networking, storage, and compute services.

- Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

- Experience implementing monitoring and logging solutions in Azure.

- Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
