We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Consultant to join our team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by selling new and used vehicles.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

3. Conduct test drives, demonstrate vehicle features, and provide detailed information about vehicles to customers.

4. Negotiate prices, trade-ins, and financing options with customers.

5. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory.

6. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and insurance, to ensure smooth sales processes.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new vehicle launches.

8. Participate in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

1. 6-2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

4. Knowledge of the automotive industry, vehicle features, and financing options.

5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

6. Valid driver's license.
