Develop functional and appealing web-based applications with a strong focus on usability
Implement pixel-perfect UI from Figma designs
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize UI for mobile and desktop responsiveness
Write clean, reusable, and performant JavaScript code
Utilize modern JavaScript features (ES6+) such as destructuring, async/await, closures, and prototypes
Work with event delegation, debouncing, throttling, and efficient DOM manipulation
Improve website performance and page speed optimization (Good to Have)
Provide website maintenance, updates, and enhancements
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to improve UI/UX functionality
Work on CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind, or custom styles
Troubleshoot and debug web applications efficiently
Ensure adherence to web accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
Stay updated with modern frontend trends and best practices
Requirements
1. Must-Have:
  1. 3+ years of experience in frontend development
  2. Strong JavaScript fundamentals (closures, prototypes, event loop, async programming)
  3. Expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript (ES6+)
  4. Hands-on experience with Figma-to-code implementation
  5. Deep understanding of DOM manipulation, event handling, and performance optimizations
  6. Strong knowledge of CSS Flexbox & Grid for responsive layouts
  7. Experience consuming RESTful APIs from the frontend
  8. Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions
  9. Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab)
  10. Experience with unit testing & integration testing for the frontend
  11. Good to Have:
    
    Understanding of web performance optimisation (lazy loading, reducing render-blocking resources)
