Customer Service Associate (International Voice Process)

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an overall positive customer experience. This role involves managing customer interactions through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing solutions in a timely manner.
• Provide product or service information to customers, assisting with order placements and returns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. Rotatinal Shifts, Night Shifts, rotational Week off as well
• Min 1 year experience in international voice process(BPO)
• Excellent English Communication skills, Voice Process experience
