GrowExx - Manager - IT Infrastructure & Operations (7-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Growexx is seeking Manager IT, who has in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Federation, Windows Server 2012/2012 R2, Windows security, Virtual Directory solution, Virtual Machines, Firewall, and related technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor the performance of IT systems to optimize cost and productivity/Handle IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and scalability.

- Assess and onboard vendors; develop testing strategies for hardware and software.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.

- Train team members to ensure they possess the necessary technical knowledge.

- Maintain and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, servers, and IT hardware.

- Responsible for the setup and configuration of workstations, desktops, and laptops for Linux, Windows, and Mac.

- Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's IT systems and data (i.e. establishing security policies, ensuring firewall and antivirus protection, monitoring for potential threats.)

- Manage backups, restores, patching, and software lifecycle updates.

- Monitor system and network health, generate reports, and manage remote access tools.

- Oversee IT processes, including ticket management and remote troubleshooting.

- Manage Office 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint, and third-party integrations.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 27000, HIPAA, and PCI standards.

- Implement SSO and other security integrations across the organization.

- Track IT hardware and software assets and ensure preventive maintenance.

- Conduct daily system monitoring to verify hardware, system, and process integrity.

- Automate and manage data backup and recovery systems.

- Plan and oversee new installations, configurations, and deployments.

- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and data protection standards.

Key Skills :

- Multi- tasking capabilities and team management.

- Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories, principal and concepts; application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals; windows; Physical Server architecture; Virtualization Technologies (i.e. VMware, Hyper-V) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies.

- Expertise in managing & troubleshooting Linux/, windows/ & Mac OS

- Expertise knowledge in managing Microsoft 365 including AD, teams, outlook

- Expertise in managing Sophos firewall

- Expertise in managing Seqrite Antivirus with DLP

- Should have any one Microsoft certified (optional)

- Should have configured active directory-based systems

- Should have experience in implementation of ISO 27000 process

Education and Experience :

- Minimum 7+ Years of experience as Network/System Engineer

- Analytical and Personal Skills

- Good Communication skills - both written and verbal

- Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill and Team working ability
