GrowExx - DevOps Engineer - AWS Cloud Services (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, EKS, and other relevant services.

- Provision and manage infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation.

- Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions (e., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).

- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for all systems.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and testing processes.

- Develop and maintain scripts and tools for automation.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of DevOps best practices.

- Work closely with development teams to understand their needs and integrate them into the DevOps processes.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on infrastructure and deployment strategies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.

- Implement and maintain security best practices, including access control, encryption, and vulnerability management.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.

Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.

- Strong experience with AWS cloud services.

- Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration.

- Experience with scripting languages (e., Python, Bash).

- Experience with CI/CD tools (e., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline).

- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e., Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Experience with containerization technologies (e., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).

- Strong understanding of networking concepts (e., VPC, subnets, routing).

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- A strong passion for automation and continuous improvement.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with serverless computing (e., AWS Lambda).

- Experience with security tools and best practices.
