Role: Business Head, Inverters (New Business vertical)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the CEO to build the new inverter business Division
2. P&L management
3. Sourcing to selling, from suppliers in China and allied countries
4. Lead the business to penetrate the market
5. Design sales strategy to sell in domestic and international markets.
6. Manage trade and supply chain dynamics for the new business vertical
Requisite Experience :
- 15-20 years' experience in inverters/ PV /Energy/ Solar/ O&M industry
- Strong sourcing, sales, trading experience
- Strong Understanding of sourcing to selling for whitelabeled product
- Knowledge on sourcing channels globally specially from China and allied countries
- Ideal, Country manager profile in similar organisation but has aspiration to lead business
- Has business acumen of the trade
- Able to handle large team
