Develop and ensure achievement of sales strategies and YOY sales plans.
Develop business personally through prospecting and pitching
Manage sales teams performance to drive sales targets
Manage the entire Sales Lifecycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Contract Closure
Generate business insights through analysing relevant competitors data, their offerings and pricing strategies
Requisites:
Minimum 12-15 years of customer facing B2B Client Acquisition Experience
Team Handling Experience required
Has worked in a company that sells products or services (preferred) to HR Departments of businesses
Has handled clients from Top IT/ITES, E-Commerce, technology & BFSI sector- preferably HR workforce solutions
BE or MBA or BE+MBA
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
