Job Title: Store Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of store operations. The ideal candidate will have around 8 years of experience in the food industry, with a proven track record of success in store management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products to minimize waste and maximize sales.
2. Purchase Team Handling: Lead and manage a team of purchase officers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective inventory management.
3. Cold Room Handling: Ensure proper storage, handling, and maintenance of cold room facilities to maintain food safety and quality standards.
4. Quotation Preparation: Prepare and manage quotations for inventory purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
5. Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and maintenance of store equipment and facilities.
6. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
7. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, including handling customer complaints and feedback.
8. Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
9. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
10. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage store budgets, including labor costs, inventory costs, and other expenses.
Requirements
1. Experience: Around 8 years of experience in the food industry, with at least 3-4 years in a store management role.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, hospitality, or food science.
3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management, and customer service principles.
