Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Media Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing digital media campaigns, managing our social media presence, and maintaining our website.

Key Responsibilities

Design

1. Design visually appealing and engaging graphics, videos, and animations for social media, website, and marketing materials.

2. Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity across all digital platforms.

3. Create motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and video editing for social media and website content.

Social Media Management

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.

2. Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

3. Manage and schedule social media posts using Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools.

4. Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews.

Web Management

1. Maintain and update our website's content, design, and functionality.

2. Ensure website compatibility with various devices, browsers, and operating systems.

3. Optimize website loading speed, SEO, and user experience.

4. Troubleshoot website issues and report to the development team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or related field.

2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).

3. Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

4. Knowledge of web development frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).

5. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and video editing.

2. Knowledge of SEO principles and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).

3. Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, etc.).
