Web Specialist

The Website Product Specialist will support our growing portfolio of property websites, assisting with site launches and hands-on content updates in Sitecore. Reporting to the Web Production Manager, this entry-level role will be responsible for implementing changes, performing quality assurance, prepping sites for launch, and managing website tickets to ensure updates are timely and accurate.

The role requires proficiency with Sitecores Content Editor, along with a working knowledge of HTML, and CSS. The specialist will handle content updates, SEO implementation, and ensure consistent naming conventions. This role offers the opportunity to develop technical and content management skills while working within a structured process to support a large portfolio of property websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Management: Add and update content using Sitecore (Content Editor, Experience Editor), following best practices for SEO and usability.
  
  
• Image Optimization: Select and upload images, ensuring they are correctly sized, optimized for web performance and align with the property’s brand.
  

QA and Testing: Perform quality assurance checks, ensuring websites meet technical, functional, and design standards across desktop and mobile devices.

• Ticket Management: Respond to website update tickets, managing content changes from request to completion.
  
  
• Website Launches: Assist with launching websites, ensuring content, structure, and functionality are fully implemented.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow website requirements documents, briefs, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Basic understanding of Sitecore components and how they function in page authoring.
• Experience in optimizing websites for SEO, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
