Role Definition
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team in the Share Broking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with both retail and high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and investment solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting, trust-based relationships with clients. The Client Relationship Manager will work closely with internal teams to deliver superior financial services, provide investment advice, and help clients navigate their investment portfolios.

Tasks & Activities
1. Client Relationship Management: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized service and addressing their needs regarding investments, portfolio management, and financial planning. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, including HNI individuals and institutional clients. • Understand client goals and risk tolerance, offering customized investment solutions and ensuring alignment with their objectives.
2. Investment Advisory and Support: • Provide expert guidance on share broking, mutual funds, insurance products, and other financial instruments to help clients achieve their financial goals. • Offer market insights and updates to clients on investment opportunities, trends, and portfolio performance. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and investment requests.
3. Client Retention & Satisfaction: • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions to client inquiries and concerns. • Proactively engage with clients to review their portfolio performance and suggest adjustments when necessary. • Resolve client complaints or issues in a professional and effective manner, ensuring client retention.
4. Sales and Cross-Selling: • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, and advisory services to existing clients. • Actively support sales teams in onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and transition. • Monitor client accounts and alert clients about potential investment opportunities or areas of concern.
5. Compliance and Documentation: • Ensure that all client interactions comply with industry regulations, internal policies, and procedures. • Maintain accurate client records, including account documentation, investment transactions, and communication logs. • Assist with the preparation of necessary reports and documents for client meetings and portfolio reviews.
6. Collaboration and Reporting: • Work closely with the operations, research, and compliance teams to ensure timely execution of transactions and alignment with client expectations. • Provide regular feedback to the senior management team on client needs, market trends, and service improvements.
