Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Think hundred of times before joining this company . Lots of Politics no proper management once your work is done they’ll kick you off without giving you any notice . Marketing department especially ( Abhinav Chauhan ) Group Marketing Head he is just bull shit he knows how to push you to play politics, He keeps him self Safe . Do not waste your time working here , don’t let them spoil your career . Thank You.

Only Cultural activity is nice through out year. There is Only Vision is of MD nd no other staff has any vision to grow.

Dislikes

Only selected staff gets promotion or out of the way benefits. Strict timing like school..which is monitored by MD U can not go out of office for lunch also. GSBL Ops head so rude u can not speak with him. Truly non profeaaional person. As he has running his business also. No worklife balance. Only 12 leaves you get like cs internship rule. Selected person gets recognition who shows daily faces to top mgmt. Selected person gets wfh facility for attendance marking. Everything is manual no proper software for process.
