A successful candidate will be highly organized, excellent in written and verbal communications, handling correspondences, taking notes, drafting letters, knows English Shorthand or quick writing, strong multitasking ability, practices discretion and confidentiality, good record keeping and filing, follow-ups, knowledge of commercial matters, Import and Export, Foreign Trade is plus. Accounts background is plus. Proficient in Ms Office. Must be flexible in office timings and willing to carryout work independently and deligently.
