Managing and maintaining the Managing Directors schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and conferences.
Organizing and managing travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and creating itineraries.
Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding when appropriate.
Filing and record-keeping, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to critical information. 2. Meetings:-Coordinating and organizing internal and external meetings.
Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points. 3.Assisting in the planning and execution of projects by coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines.Role & responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Problem-solving and proactive decision-making.
