Asst Manager - Inventory and Stores Executive (2 postings)

Two Positions : 1) Asst. Manager- Inventory - Udumalpet and Palladam

2) Stores Executive - Udumalpet and Palladam

Role & responsibilities

A. Asst. Manager - Inventory Management (Udumalpettai-TN / Other locations in Tamilnadu)

a. Plannning ways to optimize inventory control procedure

b. Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages

d. Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels

e. Record daily issues and receipts to reconcile inventory

f. Use ERP software to monitor demand and Place orders to replenish stock avoiding

insufficiencies or excessive surplus

g. Report to management on stock levels, issues etc.

h. Accurately track inventory and generate reports.

i. Analysing the inventory data to forecast future inventory needs.

j. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure the inventory requirements are met

k. Lead the Inventory / Stores department

B. Stores Executive - Udumalpet and Palladam-Tirupur

a. Management of day to day stores activities.

b. Material Receipts, Issues, Storage, Inventory etc.,

c. Daily planning

d. Entries in SAP

e. Other stores related activities.

Preferred candidate profile

A. Asst. Manager - Inventory Management (Udumalpet and Palladam - Tirupur- Tamilnadu)

a. Age : 30-38 Years

b. Male candidates

c. 3-5 years relevant experience (preferably from power sector)

d. Any Graduate with relevant experience (Qualification in Inventory Management is an added
advantage)

e. Candidates from Coimbatore and surrounding areas are preferred but not restricted.

f. Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

g. Good knowledge of data analysis

h. Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)

i. Good working knowledge in MS Office (Ms Excel Vlookup, Pivot Table)

B. Stores Executive - Udumalpet and Palladam-Tirupur

Age : 25-33 Years

b. Male candidates

c. 3-5 years relevant experience

d. Any Graduate with relevant experience in stores management and inventory

e. Candidates from Udumalpet, Palladam, and Tirupur and surrounding areas are preferred but

not restricted.

f. Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)

g. Good working knowledge in MS Office (Ms Excel V-lookup, Pivot Table)
