A) Payroll Executive / HR Executive - 1 Coimbatore (HO) - (Male / Female) Immediate Joiners

B) Site HR & Admin -Tirunelveli -1 (Male) ( Kavalkinary / Amuthapuram)

C) Site HR & Admin - Satara (Maharashtra) - 1 (Male)

Pay Roll Executive - Roles & Responsibilities (End to End Payroll, PF, ESI experience is must)

1. Multi location HRMS Attendance Management

2. End to End Payroll processing Excel / Payroll Software.

3. PF enrollment to new employees, PF monthly ECR upload, PF Monthly challan generation,
PF Settlements, PF Online JD submission, Sorting out Employee PF queries etc.,

4. ESI enrollment to new employees, ESI monthly contribution uploading, generation of monthly
ESI challans

5. Compliance under Shop & Establishment Act, Labour Welfare Fund, Professional Tax etc.,

6. Employee insurance coverage

7. Processing employee related payments Bonus, Travel Claims.

8. Supporting other HR & Admin activities.

Site HR - Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Site Attendance and Leave Management

2. Take care of Employee Welfare - Guest House, Transportation, Food, Water etc.,

3. Take care of Site Petty Cash

4. Own and Vendor Vehicle Management

5. Other HR & Admin activities

Preferred candidate profile

A. Graduate / Post Graduate in HR & Admin

B. 2 Years TO 6 Years experience PAYROLL, STATUTORY COMPLIANCE (PF, ESI) AND OTHER
LABOUR LAWS

C. Good in MS Office, Excel - Pivot Table, V-Look up, H-Look up

D. Languages - Tamil, English & Hindi an added advantage

E. Age - 22 Years to 30 Years

F. Two Wheeler License is mandatory.
