Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Executive to manage the full spectrum of payroll operations. This includes processing salaries, handling statutory deductions, managing attendance and leave records, and ensuring compliance with insurance, gratuity, and Provident Fund (PF) regulations.

Qualification: Any Graduate or HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll, including salary, bonuses, and deductions.
• Manage statutory deductions (e.g., Provident Fund, gratuity, and taxes).
• Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
• Oversee employee insurance benefits and coordinate claims.
• Maintain accurate attendance and leave records (sick, casual, and annual leave).
• Resolve payroll-related queries from employees.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Generate and maintain payroll records for auditing purposes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing, including PF, gratuity, and insurance.
• Knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Familiarity with attendance and leave management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
