Management Trainee | Human Resource Development

This entry-level role focuses on understanding and addressing the organization's needs for

The successful candidate will play a role in hiring new talent, organizing employee training programs, and working closely with various departments to identify skill gaps and develop relevant training materials. Additionally, this role involves coordinating hiring initiatives and collaborating with hiring partners to ensure the successful onboarding of new employees





Responsibilities. Assess organizational needs for

Skills, knowledge, and competencies

Hire new employees and manage the recruitment process

Organize and coordinate training programs for employees

Collaborate with functional teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted training materials

Develop and manage hiring programs in partnership with hiring agencies

Work with external hiring partners to ensure a smooth recruitment process

Expected Qualification. Completed Bachelor or Master degree with minimum 7.0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:. BBA / MBA. Com / M. BA / MA. Freshers are eligible to apply
