Core Java Developer (Java Memory Management, Cloud - OpenShift/AWS)

We are looking for a talented Core Java Developer with solid experience in Java memory management, and proficiency in cloud platforms like OpenShift and AWS. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing applications while utilizing cloud technologies, big data tools, and CI/CD processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java fundamentals (JDK 8+), excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), and expertise in memory management techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Core Java (JDK 8+).
• Implement and optimize Java memory management strategies to improve performance and resource usage.
• Work with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and OpenShift, to deploy and manage applications.
• Develop efficient solutions using Java's Collections Framework, Concurrency, Generics, IO, and Streams API.
• Integrate with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to performance, memory leaks, and cloud integrations.
• Optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and performance in the cloud environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Core Java (JDK 8+) and a solid grasp of OOP concepts.
• Proven experience in Java memory management and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS or OpenShift.
• Familiarity with Big Data tools and their integration with Java applications.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes for automation in Java applications.
• Strong knowledge of the Collections Framework, Concurrency, Generics, IO, and Streams API.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and deployment.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and profiling tools.
