Job Title: Scrum Master

Job Summary: The  Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects. They will use project management methodologies and practices to achieve efficiency, transparency, and high-quality outcomes. Additionally, the  Project Manager will report project statuses to the CEO and prepare reports and proposal agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and manage a team, ensuring they understand their tasks and responsibilities, and provide support to help them complete tasks on time.
• Task Completion: Oversee project tasks, monitor their progress, and ensure that team members complete their work according to agreed-upon timelines.
• Reporting: Regularly report project statuses, progress, and potential issues to the CEO, keeping them informed and making data-driven recommendations.
• Document Preparation: Create and manage project-related documents, including reports, proposal agreements, and project plans..
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in document preparation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Flexibility in work. Needs to prepare company partnership-related agreements and other paperwork.
