Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Description:

Green Surfer Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our growing team in the wires and cables manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, testing materials, and improving production processes. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality throughout the production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections during production processes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Identify and resolve quality issues to improve the efficiency and consistency of the production process.
• Work closely with the production team to monitor and control quality.
• Maintain records of quality checks, reports, and corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 2-6 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in manufacturing, preferably in the wires and cables industry.
• Strong understanding of quality testing methods and tools.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and under minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with industry standards and certifications (ISO, etc.).
• Knowledge of automated testing equipment and quality management systems.
