Design and Cost Estimation

• Exposure to solar PV system designing tools like PVsyst, Sketchup and AutoCAD.
• Accurately estimate project costs, including equipment, labor, and logistics.
• Optimize costs while maintaining project quality and feasibility.Role & responsibilities

Client and Vendor Coordination

• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and technical details.
• Engage with clients to clarify project requirements and propose tailored solutions.

Tender and Proposal Preparation

• Review tender documents, RFPs, and RFQs to understand project scope and requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for solar PV projects (rooftop and ground-mounted).
• Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, and pricing sheets.

Technical Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure proposals comply with industry standards (IEC, NEC) and local regulations.
• Evaluate project risks and provide cost-effective solutions to mitigate them

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare tender summaries, bid progress reports, and post-tender evaluations.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing to improve proposal success rates.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience working with industrial and commercial solar EPC projects.
• Experience in designing rooftop and ground mount solar EPC projects.
• Experience in proposal preparation, BOQ preparation, tenders preparation and cost management.
