Position - Area Sales Manager

Role Description -

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for building the market for the company in the assigned territory. This would require extensive market knowledge of the Personal Care products and existing relationship with the dealers, distributors and retailers of the territory.

Once the relationship is established the manager would be required to maintain the relationships with the appointed parties, and to increase revenue of the territory by deploying right marketing and sales strategies.

The role involves providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the brand.

Qualifications

• Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in sales and familiarity with personal care products is a must
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about natural beauty products
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field

• Sales: 4-5 years (Required)

Remuneration: ₹50,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 ctc per month + incentives
