Customer Outreach Officer

Role & responsibilities

Telesales and Donor Engagement:

• Reach out to potential and existing donors to share information about our initiatives, and secure donations/ contributions.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and donations.
• Answer queries, explain donation processes, and provide ongoing support to donors.

Community Outreach:

• Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and awareness drives.
• Build relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and volunteers.
• Assist in planning and executing outreach programs and campaigns.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Work closely with the fundraising and communication teams to align outreach efforts.
• Prepare reports on outreach activities and maintain a database of contacts.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve outreach strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or community engagement
• Basic English and Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with diverse groups of people empathetically.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and data entry).
• Willingness to travel for community events and outreach activities.
• Passion for social causes and community development.
