Their job involves the following responsibilities:

• Marketing: Event Managers develop and execute marketing plans to promote the event and attract attendees.
• Risk management: Event Managers identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address them, including weather-related issues, security concerns, and other potential disruptions.
• Team management: Event Managers lead and manage event teams, including vendors, contractors, and volunteers.
• Post-event evaluation: Event Managers evaluate the success of the event and develop recommendations for future events.
