Job Description

greedygame is looking for SENIOR ADS SALES MANAGER to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • As a Senior Advertising Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the sale of advertising solutions across various platforms
  • You will lead a team of sales professionals, foster client relationships, and develop strategic initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets
  • This position requires a deep understanding of the advertising industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful sales management
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Leadership:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting performance expectations and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key advertising clients and agencies
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored advertising solutions
  • Revenue Generation:Drive sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal terms for both the company and the client
  • Market Analysis and Trends:Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential areas for growth and improvement
  • Team Development:Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional growth
  • Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client satisfaction and business success
  • Reporting and Analytics:Prepare and present regular sales reports, including key performance indicators, revenue forecasts, and market insights
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive informed decision-making
