Job Profile Summary:-
Market Sales Representative/Sales Representative/Sales Executive Automotive (Retail) lubes will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the - Automotive (Retail) lubes of the business. This includes developing, assisting & Activating the assigned geography to achieve business goals.
Core Job Responsibilities:-
Business Development:
1. Account Planning: Ability to find & develop business partner/Customer/account for Automotive (Retail) lubes. Clients to drive long- term & Sustainable growth.
2. New Business Generation: Competence in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Automotive (Retail) lubes space, whether through new product offerings, market expansion, or deepening existing relationships.
3. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets through effective account management and new business development efforts.
Team handling:
1. Team Development: Focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing the skills of the Extended sales team. Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance. Recruitment of DSR/ Distributors personnel as per the business needs.
Product Knowledge:
1. Understanding of Automotive (Retail) lubes Processes: Solid grasp of the technical aspects of Automotive (Retail) lubes sales, including product specifications.
2. Solution-Based Selling: Expertise in presenting products as solutions to customer challenges, understanding how the product fits into larger systems or machinery.
Client Relationship Management:
1. Long-Term Relationship Building: Expertise in establishing and nurturing deep, long-lasting relationships with key Automotive (Retail) lubes clients. Understand their specific needs and work to meet their long-term objectives.
2. Customer-Centric Focus: Ensuring the organization delivers solutions that align with Automotive (Retail) lubes client needs, providing high value and fostering customer loyalty.
Market G Industry Insights:
