Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals in the electric two-wheeler financing sector.
• Identify and target potential markets and customer segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with electric two-wheeler manufacturers, dealerships, and channel partners.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners to promote financing products
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
• Provide regular coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations to team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and providing tailored financing solutions.
• Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and customer data.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in the electric vehicle or automotive industry is a plus.

Strong understanding of financing products and lending processes.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
