1. Lead End to End Accounts receivable and Invoicing.
2. Maintaining the Invoicing System, Generating invoices and account statements.
3. GST Returns, Reconciliations and Workings.
4. Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are
applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared,
performing account reconciliations.
5. Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and
distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
6. Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting employees via telephone, email, and
mail.
7. Prepare analytical and ratio analysis in relation to A/R for management to gain a better
understanding of how collection efforts are progressing.
8. Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost
accounting.
9. Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
10. Producing monthly financial and management reports.
11. Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
12. Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
13. Keep abreast with internal policies, changes in taxation, government policy that may affect
processing of invoices.
14. Other task assigned by the reporting manager.
