The Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Brand Management to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of brand strategies, craft compelling brand narratives, and drive integrated marketing campaigns to enhance Great Learning's brand equity and market share.
- You will play a critical role in ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels and will work closely with cross-functional teams to align brand initiatives with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Align brand objectives with the company's strategic goals to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Develop and refine brand positioning, ensuring it remains compelling differentiated and relevant.
2. Integrated Campaign Management:
- Design, develop, and plan end-to-end marketing campaigns (advertising, events, sponsorships, influencer collaborations, etc.) to build awareness and drop references for the Great Learning brand.
3. Brand Communication & Content Creation:
- Create engaging and innovative content tailored to multiple platforms, including social media,, website, and offline channel.
- Maintain and enhance the brand's visual and tonal identity, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
4. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analyses to identify market trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand initiatives and campaigns, using data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
5. Budget & ROI Management:
- Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize returns on marketing investments.
- Work closely with finance and leadership to provide accurate forecasting a reporting of marketing spend.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Proven track record of managing external agencies (especially social media agencies) and handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
- Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand development frameworks, and integrated campaign management.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize branding efforts.
- Creative Thinking: Innovative approach to problem-solving with a knack for storytelling and conceptualizing unique brand campaigns.
- Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines concurrently.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
