- Setting up the Operations Department the Hospital, Front Office and OPD Management, Billing Management, House Keeping (Manpower & Material) & Monitoring, Security (Manpower & Material) & Monitoring, Quality Management, Statutory Compliances, Complaint Management System-Maintenance, Biomedical Waste Management and Pest Control, Counseling of Patients, Food and Beverages, Linen Management, HMIS & IT Management-Coordination, Purchase and Stores, Medical Records, Crisis and Disaster Management.

Skills required:

- Masters in Hospital Operations from recognised University with more than 5 to 10 years experience in Hospital Operations.

- Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership & team management skills

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.

- Open to travelling.

- Versatile, dynamic, curious.
