Associate Product Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Manager t to assist the development and execution of our products in SearchUnify. This role is pivotal in driving the success of these products, ensuring they meet customer needs, market trends, and the companys overall business objectives. You will manage the product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to launch and iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain the product roadmap, strategy, and execution for SearchUnify Products.
• Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and workflows based on user needs, market analysis, and business impact.
• Create detailed user stories and manage the product backlog to ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct grooming sessions with the engineering team to ensure clear understanding of requirements and feasibility.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create marketing collaterals that effectively communicate the product value.
• Continuously gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to refine product strategy and drive product innovation.
• Monitor the performance of SearchUnify Products, using data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed decisions.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally, effectively communicating the product vision and value proposition to stakeholders and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, technologies, and competitive products to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the SaaS or enterprise software domain. (Experience in USA, MENA markets will be a preferred.)
• Proven experience developing product lifecycles, especially with AI-powered tools, customer support, or agent assist products.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, NLP, and how these technologies can be leveraged in customer support solutions.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, marketing) in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Previous experience working with Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM platforms is a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of customer support processes and tools, especially in using technology to improve customer experience.
• Familiarity with SearchUnify or similar enterprise search products.
