Job Description


Senior Manager, Services Marketing


Job Summary:


The Senior Manager of Services Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive demand, growth, and visibility for the Grazitti's IT services. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, Services delivery, Product marketing, technical support, and customer success to ensure alignment of messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B marketing, IT services, and a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns that generate leads and support business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the companys growth objectives, targeting key markets and customer segments.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for IT services, focusing on demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define market positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.

2. Product Marketing & Positioning:

  • Lead the creation of service-focused messaging, positioning, and collateral for IT solutions, ensuring differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Work with product management to craft go-to-market strategies for new service offerings, including launch plans, pricing strategies, and sales enablement tools.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to continuously improve marketing messages and offerings.

3. Demand Generation & Campaign Management:

  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital ads, webinars, etc.) to drive qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, performance tracking, and in-depth analysis of metrics to ensure high ROI and conversion rates.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure campaigns are driving leads that align with sales targets and nurturing strategies.

4. Thought Leadership around Content Development:

  • Lead the development of content strategies, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, video content, and webinars that showcase the companys expertise in IT services.
  • Identify opportunities to position the company as a thought leader through speaking engagements, event sponsorships, and industry partnerships.
  • Ensure all content and materials are consistent with brand messaging and designed to support lead generation efforts.

5. Digital Marketing & SEO/SEM:

  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including website updates, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media campaigns to enhance online presence and visibility.
  • Track website analytics and user engagement, optimizing for conversions and improving the user experience across digital platforms.

6. Event Marketing:

  • Identify and manage relationships with strategic partners, vendors, and influencers to enhance marketing outreach and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences that build brand awareness and generate leads.

7.Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure success across key areas such as lead generation, sales funnel performance, and campaign ROI.
  • Present regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership, identifying areas of opportunity and making data-driven recommendations.

8. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Act as the key liaison between marketing, sales, services, delivery, product, and customer support teams, ensuring alignment of goals and strategies.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree in marketing is a plus.


Experience: 15 or more years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on IT services or technology solutions.


Skills:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for IT services.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content and marketing collateral.
  • Experience managing campaigns from concept to execution and measuring their effectiveness.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics reporting.
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop marketing talent.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a small-to-medium-sized IT services or technology company.
  • Experience with customer-centric marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other similar platforms.
