Grazitti Interactive - Engineering Director - Backend Technologies (12-15 yrs)

Job Description :

Director of Engineering with good knowledge of JavaScript, Python, and leadership skills to mentor the engineering team. Improve existing code quality and maintain scalable and robust microservice architecture.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the product team during all phases of the development lifecycle

- Participate in technical design discussions and communicate across cross-functional teams.

- Supervise architecture plus lead efforts to develop the technical roadmap of SearchUnify.

- Have the technical chops to roll up my sleeves and provide technical mentorship and also build and manage a team of 70 plus top notch engineers.

- Set up best practices for development and review all work produced by the development team and ensure it meets standards.

- Define a long-term talent strategy cutting across technology.

- Identifying challenges proactively in Engineering and willing to solve problems in any technology

- Act as an effective coach of engineering talent, a creative problem solver, and an exceptional communicator and collaborator.

Minimum Requirements :

Education : B.Tech (CSE/ IT)

Experience : 12-15 Years

Note : Tier 2 Collage, Worked on SAAS Based products.

Title : Management -Engineering, Head of Engineer Department, Director- Engineering

Skills & Knowledge :

- Expertise in Python, pytest, Flask, FastAPI

- Expertise in Javascript, ES6, JavaScript libraries & frameworks and Git

- Expertise on Unit Testing with Jest and Mocha

- Good knowledge of Docker, Elastic Search, Kibana, Kafka, ZooKeeper

- Relational/Non-Relational databases (MySql, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, Citus Data etc.

- Good knowledge of anyone of them is required

- Good knowledge of Apache, Nginx, AWS, GCP

- Data Structures and algorithms, Problem solving skills.

- Good knowledge of AI/ML and its Best practice
