Job Summary
Job Title: Pre-Sales Consultant
Experience : 3+
Job Location : Delhi (Initially WFH) Later it would be WFO as we have team in Delhi
Candidate has to manage on his own system till then
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing technical and business insights to prospective clients.
Your role will focus on creating tailored solutions based on our range of services, including web and application development, AI-driven chatbots, robotic systems, and enterprise mobility solutions.
You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, propose solutions, and support the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Designing :
- Work with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges and provide tailored technical solutions involving web development, mobile apps, AI-powered chatbots, and robotics.
Client Engagement :
- Act as the technical liaison in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to showcase Gray Matrix's service offerings.
Technical Proposal Development :
- Develop detailed and customized proposals, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in collaboration with the technical teams to demonstrate our solutions.
Product Demonstrations :
- Conduct live or virtual demos of products like chatbot platforms and robotic systems, showcasing their relevance to client needs.
Market Analysis :
- Research market trends and competitor offerings to fine-tune presentations and solution proposals that highlight Gray Matrix's competitive advantage.
Collaboration with Sales Teams :
- Support the sales team in RFPs/RFIs by providing technical documentation and solution architecture.
Stakeholder Management :
- Manage relationships with both internal teams (Sales, Technical) and external stakeholders (Clients, Partners) to ensure smooth project handover post-sales.
Continuous Learning :
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, including AI, robotic process automation, and new developments in web and app technologies to effectively present cutting-edge solutions.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or a similar role in the IT services domain.
- Strong understanding of web development, mobile applications, AI technologies, and robotics.
- Experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations and proposals.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and RFP responses simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Prior experience in Chatbot, AI, or robotics solutions is a plus.
