Job Description:

• Figma Expertise:

○ Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for digital platforms using Figma.

○ Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to refine and finalize designs.

• Visual Design & Branding:

○ Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including websites, marketing campaigns, social media assets, presentations, and more.

○ Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.

• Collaborative Design:

○ Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

○ Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering skill development and a high standard of work.

• Quality Assurance:

○ Conduct quality checks on all design deliverables, ensuring accuracy, alignment with project objectives, and high visual standards.

Desired Skills:

• Experience:

○ 3 to 4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects in digital and print media.

○ Proven experience in designing with Figma, including wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.

• Design Expertise:

○ Advanced knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.

○ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

○ Experience with motion graphics tools, lottie animation (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.

• Creative Thinking:

○ Strong ability to conceptualize and execute unique and effective design solutions.

○ Ability to balance creativity with brand guidelines and business objectives.

• Collaboration & Communication:

○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.

○ Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Organizational Skills:

○ Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
