About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who can think beyond the conventional and craft visually stunning designs. This role requires a designer who is not just technically skilled but also has a strong sense of design storytelling, branding, and innovation.

You will work on a wide range of projects, from brand identity development to cutting-edge marketing campaigns, ensuring each design is fresh, engaging, and impactful. If you love to push creative boundaries and bring bold ideas to life, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Conceptualization Develop unique and compelling visual ideas that align with brand strategy.
 Brand Identity & Design Strategy Craft and evolve brand aesthetics through logos, typography, color palettes, and other design elements.
 Multi-Platform Design Design for social media, digital campaigns, print,  and  motion graphics .
 Marketing & Advertising Collateral – Create visually stunning brochures, presentations, ad creatives, banners, and infographics.
Motion & Interactive Design – (Bonus) Experience in video editing, GIFs, and animation is a plus!
 Trend & Innovation – Stay ahead of design trends and experiment with new styles, tools, and formats to elevate brand perception.
 Collaboration – Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and developers to ensure seamless creative execution.

Requirements:

•  Experience: Minimum 3 years in a highly creative design role (agency or brand side).
•  Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven, high-impact designs across digital & print platforms.
•  Software Expertise: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
•  Typography & Composition: Mastery in layout, fonts, and visual hierarchy.
•  Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Ability to generate fresh ideas and craft compelling visual narratives.
•  Attention to Detail: High-quality execution with a keen eye for aesthetics and precision.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

Motion Graphics & Animation (After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).
Illustration & Hand-Sketching.
AI-based Design Tools & Generative Art.
