Mentorship and Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the design team consisting of UX designers, Ui designers, illustrators and motion graphics designers.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in UX design, experience design, or related fields, with a strong background in digital products.
Proven experience leading design efforts for complex, high-impact digital products, particularly in consulting, agency, or product companies.
In-depth knowledge of UX methodologies, human-centered design, and product strategy.
Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to respond to complex business challenges with compelling, high quality user-centered design interventions.
Proven experience in driving high quality visual design that delivers high impact , usability and customer delight
Experience collaborating with technology and development teams, with a deep understanding of how to integrate design and technology seamlessly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies to a diverse audience.
A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying at the forefront of design and technology trends.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design , HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Preference for experience with product design for senior executives around strategy, operations or delivery.
